Did some poking around online and could not find a site that sells small format shippers. Anyone know where they may be found? Interested in 12 pack or 24 pack sizes. I have a cardboard 24, but not sure if I trust it.

If you don't mind the pulp ones, you can order some 12oz bottles from France44 and get the shipper for free.
I've always had good luck with the pulp ones but I still do box in a box packing. With a case if you wrap the bottles and put them back in there holder, fill the gaps and put the whole case in another box, it works pretty well too.
