So in other words...not currently in barrels, and if were lucky will go into barrels this go around and be ready in a year or so.

I'll probably take some flak from the neckbeards, but not every beer benefits from barrel aging. GG was/is incredible, and rum barrels didn't make it better-- just different. To rustle some more jimmies... Hunahpu is the same. Regular Huna (especially '14 Batch 1) > Every BA Huna (including the ISO:FT's precious jewel, DB Huna).

But, to each their own.

 

I don't know that I'd go hunting for this but if I saw it I'd grab a bottle to try out. Fat Jack is all the Pumpkin beer I need so I hope that comes out again this year.

Good Gourd Imperial Pumpkin Ale is hitting the bottling line today! This batch is heading out to distribution. We'll be bottling a second batch in a couple weeks, some of those bottles will make their way to our tasting room. No exact date for that yet but we will let you know when we know it. In the meantime Good Gourd is on draft here at the brewery so stop on by.

 

I hope you're kidding about the UF love bug myth. It drives me nuts how many floridians actually believe that

they are crazy annoying though. but if you're going to die, you might as well die in the middle of gettin buggy with it.

I am being told that it should make its way into the Orlando market next week. Hoping I can grab a couple bottles.

 

According to Cigar City's Instagram, they started bottling 6 days ago with distro starting starting soon after. Hopefully next week we'll all see it. (I realize I'm just repeating what others have already said, just putting a source on it)

 

Fingers crossed they start selling it at the brewery within the next 24hrs, because I'm going to pissed to not get my hands on it before flying out. Also saw on CC's twitter that it was being sold at ABC Beer in Wesley Chapel, FL today
