"We’ve produced 1oz Northern Brewer packs 10 times in the last year and 7 of those were at 7.8% Alpha, 4.5% Beta, 0.293 HSI, and 1.7% oil. We’ve also done a few production runs at 9.6% and 10.2%, but betting on the odds, I’d say that your hops are at 7.8% [and the package was mislabeled]."
