I'll definitely be grabbing the Barleywine, Scotch aged, and Coffee variants. I haven't tried the barleywine yet... ever. But it's one of my favorite styles of beer, especially when barrel aged! Can't wait!

I've had every release since 2007, and everyone was a success until this year. Bound to be a hiccup eventually, but it's the reality of a barrel program, any barrel program. I'm buying.

Wait, you mean we shouldn't bail on a business after they have one screw-up despite having years of making so many customers happy?

Exactly. I bet those railing against GI are standing in line in Nov.

Please thank these honorable souls that deserve our commendation for sparing their time to save the masses from further potential infected product.

I won't be surprised if I hear about this popping up in Ohio this year, but I'll be very pleasantly surprised if I get actually get one or two bottles.

I like how nonchalantly this statement comes off. I wish it were that easy in MI!

I may have to take a longish drive for it, but it will be worth it in the end I think.

That drive will need a stop in Chicagoland for Prop.

Interesting if these are the TTB lable to be approved because all are 1pt9oz or mini keg.

Someone pointed out earlier that even the infected ones develop in the bottle...

It seems like they didn't even try this year... Nothing new. Very disappointed, especially after last year's debacle. 3 out of four were "sub-par" to say the least. Hopefully my BCBS doesn't end up being infected too. Really in the fence about seeking these out.

Ha. You'd be lucky to find a bottle of regular after 2pm on Black Friday here. And that is being generous with the time.

Yeah, a bit disheartening last year with folks posting pictures of cases of BCBS and variants sitting in stores days after release. The Sioux Falls area probably did not get more than six to twelve cases to split among the few stores that could get it based on their GI sales. And no variants here at all.

It was more like 15 minutes but the concept of time can be difficult for some people.
