I'm sure something similar has been asked before, but how long would u let this go? I was planning on popping it open for my 30th, in 2 years. Thoughts?

I had a '77 today for my 35th. Sure it was oxidized, as expected, but had tons of caramel, figs and dates as well. IMO it all comes down to how it has been stored.

Today? Well happy birthday, sir! I LOVED that Zombie Dust, by the way.

We had an '86 back in.....October '11 (I believe) for a BA's birthday. My personal thoughts were that it was remarkable, similar notes to hannydawg's comments. Two more years won't hurt anything, especially if you take care of the bottle.
