Just found a case of '96 that I cellared a LONG time ago. Also found 2 cases of Rogue's McScotch '95. The Rogue was flat and a bit rubbery after 20 years. The samichlaus is an absolute joy. Sherry-like (raisin, caramel, some sweetness), with intense pepper and citrus. Mild carbonation, but not much after 19 yrs. I've intentionally cellared a lot of bigfoot in my time (the hops fall to muted english-old-barleywine levels around 11 or 12 yrs)... this was every bit as complex and wonderful, plus some.
