    I think you should offer them to locals first and see if you can't get a trade for some wants in person.

    ISO 1998 3F OG FT whatever of your wants I can get my hands on

    Perhaps these Massachusetts BAs could organize a bottle share and one of the bottles in the OP could be shared.
