These guys are totally flying under the radar in Chittenden. We just went in for our second time yesterday. I believe the owner's parents were behind the bar. Have not met nicer people. The beer is obviously superbly crafted. I had a Citra Rye Fusion clocking in at under 5% abv that packed so much flavor. Excellent space too: very comfortable couches, benches, and high tops. I see this being my new regular as BBC is always slammed and my super local, Stone Corral, doesn't really do it for me.
