1st timer sanitizing question - need answer ASAP please

    Literally just put the credit card back in my wallet then switched tabs to read this. Ordered a hydrometer, thermometer, funnel, and Star San.

    Crap, I should also have ordered a wine thief LOL I'll get a turkey baster I guess. I do have a copy of How to Brew. Have read the first section.

    I know I'm late to the train here, but fwiw iodophor can be picked up at many camping stores too.
