Holy Crap again! I love Ti goodies (knife scales, watches, flashlights, etc.), and my new disc... but if my wife found out I paid that for an opener i'd be a dead man. Pretty sweet, though.

As for the beer, despite the fact I can't throw a dead cat from my house without hitting a place that sells NG Raspberry Tart and Serendipity, I just can't get into their fruit beers. Enjoy both IIPA and Saison, and will definitely give Berliner Weisse a try. Unfortunately I have to go to Minnesota to get Odells (great IPA) and Surly. Been looking for some Gubna II (new hop profile), but all I can find is 6 month old Gubna I. I don't know who distributes Oskar Blues to WI, but rarely do I find anything fresher than 4 months old. Do the cans stay fresher than bottles, esp. the IPA's?

    Thanks folks,
    Greg

Find some Central Waters Illumination DIPA. Just had my first last night and it was fantastic. And congrats for being back up and on your feet!

This. I've been drinking Illumination for the past 2 months straight, it's my go-to Wisco DIPA. I'd suggest Ale Asylum's Hopalicious, New Glarus DIPA, Potosi's Snake Hollow IPA or O'So's Hop Woopin' IPA as well!

Just picked up some Ale Asylum Bedlam which is a really good belgian IPA and shouldn't be hard to find.

My local grocer has like 10 cases of NG IIPA however it's not in the cooler. I haven't tried any yet, tempted to get some though.

I stand by the second one at least. I thought it was funny when i saw a video of Tomme Arthur saying that you shouldn't drink some of his beers right away, but rather, let them age for a year or two.

For some, they will cellar anyways, but if you have to wait 1-2 years for the product to be as the brewer intended, then there is something wrong.
