Anyone know how this one aged? Vintages recent to this one, or is it vinegar? Is there any strawberry left? Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Hanssens age incredibly well. I don't think there is another brand that shows more improvement when cellared. that being said, I haven't heard good things about vintage bottles of this. butyric acid and lots of vegetal flavors.

I've only had them a few years old and the noticeable change is how quickly the strawberry falls off; like 6 months to a year. I think it's a very perishable fruit in that sense.

I have had the same experience as gueuzer, with whom I agree 100%. These will still "taste good" as they age. However, the fruit is gone after only a few months.
