12 oz bottle. Can anyone recommend the optimum time to drink? I'm kinda wanting it now, but would like to hear opinions from others who may have recently had this.

Drink it NOW. If it is super amazing you can always trade for another.

Had an 03 C&C bottle a few months back and it was like syrup. Not sure what happen, but can't immagine that it'll get much better after 10 years.

Ya I am holding onto a 2009 to see what it does in a few years. Gotta love cellar experiments!

Yum, 120 MIN IPA syrup. That sounds less than appetizing.

I thought that '05 was drinking divinely when I had one recently, so I'd recommend drinking the '03 sooner rather than later.

I shared an 03 120min a few months back with some friends. It was all malt and syrup flavor. Those hops had long since faded into the ages. We drank a 03, 06 and 11 and figured about 3, maybe 4 years of aging is about as much as 120min can handle.
