2003 Cantillon Kreik?

    I bought a bottle of cantillon kreik. Looking at the date on the back the year clearly says 20 for the first two digits. The last number somewhat represents a 3, and the third number appears as if its a 0. My assumption would be that its a 2013, could it be 2003?

    Look at the cork

    Edit: I would wager a bunch it is 2013 . I have a lot of 2013 Kriek with the same bottle date (March 12)

    I don't think the date on the label came along until after 2003. As the previous poster said, the date on the cork will be the proof.

    Yep. Dates on the labels only started in 2007. Before that it is just cork dates.

    Your first clue is that you bought it.

    That eliminates 2003 as a possibility.

    i had an '05 that pretty much tied with beatification b5 as the sourest thing i've ever tasted. i can't even imagine how sour an '03 would be if that is in fact what you have (which i doubt you do). the cork will be definitive here.
