Just cracked one of my last 2 from this year in particular, and it's freaking great. Chocolate, malt and caramel. Touch of roastiness. This beer is great fresh, but wow, 4 years made a huge difference. I felt like I was taking a chance letting this one sit this long, but I'm pleased. Some other stouts I've cracked recently seemed to have been beyond their best, so I'm thinking my cellar will be disappearing soon. Any other thoughts, successes or failures with this one?
