    a friend of mine just gave me an 1 liter 08 Pozharnik. anyone know what kind of value it has?

    It could possibly be infected. I don't know what years were bad but they went out of business and they had problems with quality.

    This forum is also for talking about aging beer, not what they are worth.

    I remember going to a very respectable bar, getting a first pour of their doppelbock and just upon smell I could tell it was infected. They immediately took it off tap. They had QC problems so there's a decent chance it is infected.
