2009 Alpine Great...

i gave a bottle away to biglobo8971 and brew3crew for free. just make some friends

can't forget that fightthegdfight gave me one in the past as well.

 

i remember when alpine first opened their little restaurant i seem to recall they had '05 and '07 (is that right; i know it was two vintages) Great pouring on tap - nice beers.

 

I traded a DL '10 and a DL '11 for one bottle of Great from a prior trading partner. We were both happy, but I wouldn't necessarily expect that deal to happen again.

 

I'm not sure about '07 but when they first opened I do remember drinking a ton of '05 and '09, it was pretty common for awhile.

 

Traded 3 KH for a '05 Great, Bligh's, and Meretrix.

 

Keeping fingers crossed that they brrew Great again some time soon. I traded a Kate the Great 2009 a while back for one.

 

When was the last time this one was brewed?

 

And if not, then I hope they have enough left to offer us during their next cellar sale

 

Word is that they are working on it but not to expect it for sometime, 2013.
