2009 Black Ops

    I have a 2009 Black Ops. Is it past it's prime? Still good? Anyone have any experience with a Black Ops at 5+ years old?

    I'll be the guinea pig either way because I'll be cracking it soon but I just want to know if I'm in for soy sauce or a nice surprise.

    I drank a 2009 bottle last summer, very tasty.

    Doubt you're going to get soy sauce from Black Ops, regardless of age. Just make sure you decant it carefully. (Or, at least, I would). The yeast has probably settled some to make a clean pour easier. As always, let us know how it goes,
