2010 Bourbon County Coffee

    Cracked one last week at KBS, and my biggest gripe with it is that I think mine was starting to oxidize a bit, as I got a little bit of cherry flavor in it (probably my own fault from bringing it to a couple tastings and never opening it).

    I do agree with aasher that the coffee fade has been a bit overblown. Is it less pronounced than when fresh? Sure. Is it completely vanished to the point where it seems it was never there? I didn't think so.
