I have one that's been properly stored. Does anyone have any experience with this beer beyond +5 years ? Wondering what the maximum for aging this one might be or should I drink this one now. Don't want a soy mess. Thanks in advance
I did find 2 reviews of a recent opening 2009 but looking for a little more help on this.

I'd guess a decade would be pushing the limits, but even then it'd still be tasty. I've had it at five years and loved it.

I opened my 2010 DFH WWS in February and it was amazing. Still carbonated and great flavors of dark fruit and slight dark chocolate notes. Excellent mouthfeel and no alcohol burn at all. Super drinkable for an 18% beer. Liked it so much I'm gonna let one go 10 years just out of curiosity. I have a DFH Fort from 2009...trying to decide when to open it.

Drank a 2010 last night and it was delicious! Split it with a friend and got partway through and decided to add 120 min for some Heaven & Hell

Pizza plant bottle, right? I've had it at a couple different ages and that 2010 pizza plant bottle was mind blowing

I was fortunate to get my hands on 2 WWS bottled in 2003. Now I'm just waiting on a special occasion to try one. Not sure if it had been stored properly or not. but Couldn't pass up the chance to try it for only $10 a bottle.
