    Cracked a 2010 last night, followed by a 2012.

The 2010 was great and better that the 2012, in my opinion.

However, the 2010 was much better when I had it before around March 2011. I have a few 2010s left that I believe I will start to consume.

Man do I feel sorry for all of you who got infected 09. Its been the best in recent years, in my experience (2+ cases). Drank one a few weeks ago, just sublime.

I was talking to another BA whom I traded a bunch of it to. He said none of his bottles were infected either.

The '12 does seem a little more bitter than I remember it, but then again, it was on tap and uber fresh, whereas I usually hold onto the bottles until well after the best after date.

Will be doing a 2010-2012 vertical as soon as they get here (damn you customs...) but 2010 was probably one of the best stouts I've ever had. 2011 wasn't as amazing, but still liked it quite a bit.

Im waiting for '10 to become a white whale someday so i can trade it for something BIG.

But in all seriousness. '10 was pretty amazing when i drank it last back in Aug. I also had the '08 with a buddy and that one was drinking well also. But seemed the '10 carried the edge by a short mile.

Havent had the '11 recently but i do agree it was a bit of a mess when i drank it a while back. Drank better when it was fresh and feel like the '12 is drinking better than the '11. Seems the '12 might age decent but who knows, i dont.

Also sitting on a '06. Anyone drink one of those recently?

Had my 09 and it was sour and my 11 was the best out of the vertical going back to 07. In my opinion this beer is best after 1 year. I had the 07 about 1.5 years after it was bottled and it was my favorite abyss.
