What does it take? I search in here if i could find anything like this thread but everything was more for older batches of KtG. Anyone have any stories of 2012 12 oz KtG? What was the bottle count? Cheers

Historically speaking, Kate was probably the most difficult annual release out there to trade for. Super high demand, Top 5 ranking, fairly long history/hype, very limited bottle counts. It opened up a bit in 2012 with the short bottles, but not a ton. Now, with Kate/Portsmouth separated, I think you're in a really odd spot to trade. Nobody is going to give one up easily, so you might just be better off waiting for whenever Tod Mott's new brewery gets going to see what happens with his plans for Kate. If you really want to go for it, it would probably take something like one of the more limited HF releases (Damon maybe), Churchill, maybe a BA Huna... something along those lines.
