I did not notice lemon or mint, but I found a bit too many flavors for my liking. Then again, it just might be the honey thing - whenever a beer claims to use a lot of honey (especially having honey in its name), I usually do not like it much. It wasn't horrible, but not worth me seeking it out. At its price, I won't repeat.

Heads up dude, gesho root is not an imaginary ingredient- its real (like 100% real). That being said, now that we have established that you are the "trained palate czar", please let me know when I can open my Dark Lord and KBS.

All kidding aside, it's a bummer you didn't like it. I thought it was pretty damn good- didn't pick up the mint and lemons... or the dirt for that matter but it's a bummer you did. Had the 2011 last year, have one in the cellar, and have had the 2012 twice since it came out and all the bottles I've had have been consistent and pretty damn tasty- a little sweeter than I remember though. I would still recommend this beer, no need to go on a crazy ISO or pay top dollar for it though- no more than $12-$13 in my opinion.

Your palate is obviously broken. Or, maybe you should have been sucking down mojitos before drinking the brew.

I was able to find 8 bottles at the local Total Wine. I only took 3 though.

Binny's Niles hasn't gotten any in yet. Haven't heard of anywhere around Chicago that has it yet.

I'm from Miami and Texas has strange ideas about how Mojitos and Key Lime Pie should taste.

Still didn't taste any fruity flavors, but I'm not a super taster as I love cilantro.

On the shelves in Connecticut, been seeing it for $12.99-$14.99. I did not pick it up the first time around, but may do so now. The beer should be pretty good, but it also has a nice label to fall back on.
