Unfortunately... I know your not talking about the Red Sox... The bastards needed to NOT score a run, and I'd of been happy witha 5 spot...but, no......

 

At least they are on a winning streak (2 games).

 

The Reds are making it really difficult to post anything in this thread!

Oh well, if they don't score 0, 7, 10, 11, 12, or 13 runs, and the Giants get shut out or hit one of the top 5 #'s, I still get a box from Nick!

Here's to hoping for 1-run games from here on out.

I have a suggestion for a better way to do this, but I am partial to this as I might actually get it. I think the tie breaker should be to whoever has the next highest number repeats on another number. So for instance, if someone ties me at 11 (which I have for 4 runs) then it would go to each of our second highest numbers respectively. I think this is a way better way to break this tie-breaker, but of course, I am partial to this. I just assumed this would be the case. If you want to do it your way, no worries. Looks like I might be in the running for last place AND most scored for a single number... lucky me huh?

 

still stuck with 10, 11, and 12; ugh.

I think the rules should be left as is, simply because it was brought up by someone who stands to gain from the change in rules at a time that is so close to what could be the end of the game. I am not, in any way, implicating you as trying to do so for your own gain, though.

Plus, the team with the most frequent repeat of the lowest number is pretty terrible!

 

Totally fine by me. I would have argued for this either way even if I was nowhere near being able to get it. Regardless, fuck the Giants...
