I agree 100% on this, was very suprised as it fills my two favorite flavors hops and coffee...is there any word on whether or not this will happen again?

Dayman by far. One of the very few truly worthwhile things Stone has done.

What? Few worthwhile? Have you even had a fresh, regular Stone IPA in awhile? It's looked over and delicious.

For me I enjoyed them all, but my preference:

    1. Suede Porter. Amazing mouthfeel, nice depth of flavor.
    2. Dayman IPA - a lot of coffee in the nose, not as much in the taste. Interesting.
    3. Coconut IPA - Enjoyed the hint of coconut on top of a solid IPA flavor.
    4. Woot stout. I liked this, but I don't need a 13% stout all the time.

Loved the w00tstout, but I was blown away by the Dayman. And, after coming across a bottle in the cellar a few months later, I couldn't believe how well it stood up. Just a fantastic beer!

Like the world needs another boring coffee stout. Every brewery has one. How many have coffee IPAs?

Follow the crowd. That's how bourbon barrel aging got going I'm sure.

If I wanted to follow the crowd I would be drinking Bud Light. I'm all for experimental beers and like to try the collaboration beers (Founders, Stone, New Belgium Lips of Faith, Perennial), but let's face it. If they were great the demand would cause them to brew more.

This. w00tsout was not good at all.

On another note, do people seriously not know what http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suede is and therefore don't know how to pronounce it?

Dayman was, in my opinion, the most impressive of all four offerings. A coffee IPA?! Low expectations that were immediately surpassed by the amazing complexity of this beer. I would but W00t Stous and Suede in at a tie. Both equally amazing in their own right and perfect for different occasions. R&R Coconut was the red headed step child of the lot. Coconut IPA's, possibly just the style alone, seems counter intuitive. The bitterness from the hops seemed to overpower any possible coconut that could have shone through.

Love Stone but between the Coconut and Dayman, I thought both were very average and not worth a second shot. Didn't get the other 2. Their own regular offerings are superior.

Loved Wootstout especially at the price pint. Didn't get to try Dayman and didn't want to spend the $10 on R&R or Suede.

Liked Suede, loved Wootstout, but Dayman was a different experience altogether. Absolutely my favorite. Unfortunate it may never be seen again.

w00tstout and Suede were my favorites with w00tstout WAY in the lead. How is Dayman in the lead? Dayman was a stupid beer. All coffee, no hops. Opposite of the R&R, no coconut and all hops.

Dayman was my favorite by far! The blend of fresh roasted coffee and hop notes was very well done. This has been my favorite coffee ipa so far.
