Picked up 5 four packs, cuz a whole case would just be hoarding. 12.99, but I had the $1 off Total Wankers coupon. A steal compared to last year. And they still had a case and 1/2 left; this is the only beer I covet this way. Oh yeah this year's is awesome!

I paid $14.99 at TW in Sterling, VA (northern VA...don't know where you are).

But when I came home, I opened my email only to find that $1 off coupon. Damn.

So tomorrow my 10 year old son has the pleasure of watching me fart around in TW for an hour so I can use the coupon (can't let that sucka go to waste!)

I managed to score a couple 4 packs for 18.99 in the DC area. Not bad at all imo. Beer is definitely worth every cent!

I meant $18.99 for each 4 pack. Not total :stuck_out_tongue:

This desperately makes me want to contact Founders. Some breweries will work to prevent (gouging). You have to put it in parenthesis to prevent 15 posts about free market/don't shop there blah blah.

A liquor store in DC will no longer be getting Pappy Van Winkle because last year they were selling bottles of 12 year for $400.

$14.99 seems to be the price at most places around here. little heavy on the price compared to last year, but according to vendors, they are paying more for it this year than they did last year.

I'm drinking one right now and I have the same impression. Still tasty but definitely thinner than in years past...

Suburb of Philadelphia here and our beautiful case law cost me 90 bones including tax, 84 pre tax to save some the math.
    It's excellent.

I should have said, "I heard" before that statement. Another liquor store owner in DC told me about it during a conversation about Pappy pricing we were having a couple days ago. That's the one good thing about living in MoCo. If you can get your hands on good bottles of bourbon it's priced appropriately.

I paid $11.99 in Houston. Without a doubt one of the best values for a bourbon barrel aged beer. Love that it comes in 12oz bottles and $0.25/oz?!

Ah no surprise there. Chevy Chase tends to overcharge their beers. Made me look elsewhere for better beers at better prices.

Had my first one of the year last night. Remembered why I dig it. Sooooo tasty. I have one 2013 left. I wonder if a year has changed it much.

I finally found some at a local Crown Liquors ($15.99 for 4 pack, limit one per customer). Can't wait to try it for the first time!
