So, it is finalized, the Fifty Fifty Brewing Eclipse is en route to Canada.

Now this year’s barrels and wax colours will be as below:
    • Rittenhouse Rye - Forest Green
    • Four Roses - Bright Red
    • High West Bourbon - Tangerine
    • Elijah Craig 12yr - Purple
    • Woodford Reserve - Blue Pearl
    • High West Rye - Lime Green
    • Java Coffee - Lavender
    • Evan Williams 23yr - Navy Blue
    • Buffalo Trace - Yellow

Now here’s the thing: The cases are mixed. Each Store will get mixed barrels per case.

However - we don’t know exactly in which configuration these will come. So case configuration (in terms of barrels and wax colours) may vary from store to store.

I am curious how much these will sell for in AB given that they sell for close to $30 a bottle in most US markets.

Last year they sold for a little under $40 per bottle in Edmonton. I can't remember if it varied by barrel or not.

Cheers to that! We did a testing here of a bunch of the 50/50's (big thanks again @pushkinwow), and the Elijah 12 was the favorite by many.

Hope I can get my hands on some Java and Elijah Craig when I'm in town for the holidays.

They were around the same price in Calgary too.

Due to the severe weather in the past week in California, shipment is a bit delayed.

Alberta will be receiving 50 cases
B.C. will be receiving 50 cases

Prices from last year will stay unchanged (at least on our side)

The last release that is still on shelves in a few stores is going for $37.95 (was $33.95 when the first batch came in). Given most stores have since raised their own margins, I reckon these will now be $39.99 on the shelf, could even see them over $40.00.

Of course I am able to sell beer - why? Im merely trying to inform people about upcoming releases - plain and simple. While Mike is trying to take advantage of my posts and use/hijack them for his own gain and his crusade that he has running against me, in whatever way he can (public and non-public).

My comment was simply to mention that if he wants to inform customers about his upcoming releases (or past), to start a new forum post. I don't think that is too much to ask in a public and civilized forum, or am I wrong?

The post name is "2014 Eclipse is en route" and not "Grande Cuvée Porter Baltique" - or was that unclear to you when you read the post?

Yes the $40 bottles of Eclipse are en route yes I saw that, awesome, an equal quality beer is available at half the price did you miss that. Please pay for advertising if you are upset how your free threads on the beer geek websites go.
