2014 Fantasy Baseball League

looking to gather some people from different parts of the u.s to play for bottles. not sure on the specifics but i will post soon. looking to be a 10 team league, h2h.

if anyone is interested msg me and i will post the details as i create the league and it starts to fill.

This league will be a fun league and not overly competitive "buy in" is as follows:

3 Bombers OR
2 12oz(same beer) 2bombers OR
2 12oz, 2 12oz, bomber OR
2 12oz(same beer)2 12oz(same beer)2 12oz(same beer)

its not to much but between 10 people the prizes will be nice.

i want the payout so everyone gets 1 bomber (or equivalent) but 1-3 get the majority.
1st-13, 2nd-6, 3rd-4, 4th-10th-1

it will be draft style for the prizes,

1st- first 5 picks
2nd- next 5
3rd- next 4(all your prize)
2nd- last pick
1st-rest of prize picks
4th - 10th in order pick one

Beers dont have to be extremely high tier beer but nothing that you wouldnt want to have yourself, as if youre 10th it could be your beer youre left with.

THE POINT IS TO SPREAD BEER YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE.

I will creat the league this weekend and have the info ready for people as they want in.

@Shandycan it's gonna be a Yahoo league. @tommyguz and as far as shipping, that's something we can discuss and find what works for everyone. like i said it's a rough draft I'm open to hear what everyone has to say.

i see your point @tommyguz but in the same sense, if only the top three get beer(or money), in my experience, people stop trying. if more people get a prize it stays competitive the whole time. i honestly dont know shipping costs in other parts of the country, but here shipping a bomber alone is not very expensive. @Syracuse12 i do like the idea of bumping it up to 4 with a 2an2 deal. that way the winners have more of a choice. limiting the winners to having to take beers that they dont want is silly in my eyes. i dont see the big deal with shipping, its not like shipping a case or something. i cost me $18 to ship 12 beers so shipping 2 small packages shouldnt cost much. thats kinda where im at on the shipping, personaly i would have no problem shipping 3 bombers to dif people. im in leagues with 100 and 150$ buyins so either way we go with the prize is fine with me. im just trying to maximize the veriety of beer that we get.

@tommyguz that 2n2 sounds like the best way to get the most variety with out having to ship 4 dif packages. yeah i say when picking prize beers you have to pick at least 2 at a time from a person and if they have 3 you want, you have to take all 4.(if you get what im sayin) or just leave it for someone else.

as for listing the beers, i think there should be a deadline like allstar break or something to have beers listed. there are a lot of releases between now and oct so i think we would be limiting ourselves if we listed them before the season.. thoughts on that @tommyguz , @Syracuse12 , @dwmetsfan13 @KornWallace
