2014 KBS Glass

Okay, good to know. My response was not directed at you however.

 

I like it. I have a couple of those spiegelau tulips and I really like them, they're tougher than they look.

 

Picked up 6 to share with multiple people. The shipping was $29+ on 6 glasses, so the total cost was $10/glass and shipping was $5/glass. $15/glass is pricey, but it is a nicer glass and it sure beats ebay pricing in a month or two.

 

Just got my new 2014 KBS glass. It is NICE! It's the Spiegelau glass (Germany), and the thin edges, like fine wine glasses, accentuates the beer flavor. Yes I can get the plain Spiegelau glass for $2 less, but something about the
print and the corresponding content that faces me while drinking it. Personally, I think it's fantastic. Oh by the way, when you tilt the glass and stick you nose in it, it's a heavenly smell.

 

I'm one of the lucky one to have one of the original goblets as well, however, I never bought last year's version. It's still one of the ugliest pieces of branded glassware I've seen (not to mention completely inappropriate for the style). Just my opinion, I know there plenty of people out there that feel differently.

 

And should there come a day, when you feel as if you've had that original long enough, please think of me.

 

I wholeheartedly agree, but, I got it for the collections sake.
