@trojanshawn That's freakin' awesome! Anytime you can attend a game an the team you root for wins, its a great day...Unless of course the team you root for poops the bed and the goalie lets shots in from the red line after you and a group of friends travel 8 hours to see said team. Then you and the friends you came with, while wearing hockey jerseys from said city, start booing the team you traveled to see. Then fans from the opposing team cheers you for being a rowdy hockey fan!

Sorry, a little rant there

HAHA! That sucks... I was definitely one of a small bunch of Ducks fans at the Staples Center last night. Definitely got a lot of harassment, but glad to see they finally played to their potential last night. Would certainly be a different series if those last 7 seconds in the first game went differently.

@kingkevz Rangers have definitely found something that they have been lacking in the first few games. I suppose when your coach pleads with the fans to make some noise, people listen. Seemed as if the crowd helped the Rangers get on their game. On the other hand the Guins have started sucking balls. Game 7 will be interesting to watch. Good luck to you in the final game sir. Cheers!

@trojanshawn Your Ducks playing like they want to be the Stanley Cup Chumps! Look like they had a fire under their rears last night....Rookie goaltender not playing so bad either. Your captain actually lead the team rather than cry like a little girl. That Perry guy played like he was either in a contract year or like he actually wanted to play as part of the team...Hard to put my finger on that one.

@kingkevz You and I have a tough match up tonight, more me than you as the Guins are not playing well at all. Rangers are favored to win tonight's game. As usual the Guins have let me down. So I will start packing my box tonight, Bud light Chelada & Coors with the new citrus flavor coming your way Kev (queue @belotj with the snappy pics)

@carmike813 & @Stu_Grimson Another interesting match up here tonight. Hawks can seal the deal for the ass kicking they will receive by the Ducks/Kings next round(I'm a realist), or the Wild can make it a 1 game series Thursday night. Either way should be gripping the edge of your couch, drinking tasty beer fun tonight.

@anticipation23 & @mkhartnett Rathering interesting series you guys have going on here. I thought for sure HABS would pull the 4-0 card. Boston seems to be a stronger team than I originally anticipated. Last nights game was chippy for sure. Lot of dirty hits by both teams. Chara mixing it up with guys half his size. Thornton laughing like a little girl from the bench while poking players on the ice. Ahh, great tough series. Tomorrow is do or die for both teams. Best of luck to the both of you in this one.

@saemick @Lkoro @MSEGUIN @st9647v3 You all have been kinda quiet lately. Are you all just quiet trying to figure out which beers from your cellar are going to find new homes shortly? (I shouldn't be bustin' balls cause I will be on that list after tonight)

And @end_27 We all know your not working or doing anything productive other than starting at big titty bitches.....What's your $.02?

    Cheers all !

They looked amazing last night. Big balls going with the 20-year old rookie who was called up in Game 4 and 5. Obviously the aftermath was good, but still BIG BALLS!!!

Sad to think that this series was 7-seconds away from being over (at this point). Should be interesting to see how Game 6 goes in LA.

tonight really is make or break for the rangers. in more ways than one. St. Louis lost his mom, and this terrible occurrence has lit a fire in this team, and has made them A TEAM. They're playing incredible hockey right now, but it comes down to hank & Fleury. It always comes down to goalie v goalie.

good luck to the pens. But i truly hope my rangers win!

"Well allow me to retorte then"

First off I'm a hawks fan through and through. Love the hawks since I was a kid. I'm not a 2010 and beyond fan. I am one of the few that got to enjoy the old stadium. I didn't just buy a Patrick Kane jersey and claim to be a fan. I watch just about every game. I miss maybe 5 games a year. And I'm not a meatball fan who sits in the 300's and scream shoot every time puck touches stick. (Steps off soap box)

I say realist as not only am I a hawks fan, I'm a hockey fan. I watch any hockey game. Any team. Mens/Womens/Paralympic/Pee Wee, doesn't matter to me as long as there is stick and ice, I'm in. I get chills when I see the cup. I get teary eyed watching old time hockey. Love it. I've watched the ducks/kings series. It's a fast paced, hard hitting north and south game. Now, last few games of the hawks have been slow, lack luster and all around unimpresive. This is the team that's won two Stanley cups in the last 4 years. This is the team that has some of the biggest superstars in the NHL. Playing the way they have been playing, I do not believe they stand a good chance against kings/ducks. Now many will disagree and that's ok by me. We are all entitled to our opinions.

With all that being said, I see your from IL. Perhaps we should meet sometime and discuss this great game we both seem to love so much.

Cheers and let's go PITS!!! (currently down a goal at end of 2nd....I'm packing and typing at the same time)

@kingkevz you lucky bastard! PIT is such a joke, they can't seem to pull it together when they need to win and they've lost three Game 7's in five years. Last year they got swept by Boston in the ECF after beating two garbage teams (Islanders and Ottawa) to get there. I love to see them lose, but if my Habs win we'll be going toe to toe!

Now that the Hawks have finished off the Wild I can focus on the ANA-LAK series, Game 7 tomorrow night will be amazing because I finally have a day off. Two straight weeks of work without a night to watch hockey has me going crazy! Expect a lot of drunk posts tomorrow while I wait and see who my beloved Blackhawks face in the WCF.
