I though about it but I'm going to go with the Canadiens. Also was very tempted to go with my team from last year the wild. So you can take Montreal off the board.

I was tempted to take the Wild as well @Stu_Grimson ... but i cant root for a division rival... id rather send beer to someone then sell my soul taking DET, STL, NSH or MIN

 

The Wild are getting the love in here and from Vegas. Sportsbooks had them as second best odds (ahem behind the rangers and ahead of the ducks ahem) and that was before they even clinched a playoff spot!

Just an fyi. Lkoro has not completed his end of a BIF I ran that ended in December. He has also ignored messages and now doesn't even open them even though he has been on BA. If you search the forum you will see other bifs he is in with the same problem.

 

I appreciate the heads up. Lkoro was in the pool last year and made good on his commitments. He's made contributions to some worthy LIF's as well. My philosophy is that unless someone has screwed me first hand I tend to presume the best. So I plan to proceed as is, with him.

For others in the group who may leery, if by some chance Lkoro does not make good then I will cover his box. I expect he will be around and hopefully contribute some hockey banter as well.

 

I should decide tomorrow if that's cool.

 

Well if any of you know him personally, can you talk to him about his prior obligation? He seems like an up and up guy and I'd hate to start a thread in the bad trader forum. It's just when he says its going to go out over and over across the span of months then stops acknowledging BM's at all, I get a bit worried.

@Gunch43 The man you are talking about is a close personal friend of mine. If there is an issue, I will ask that you BM me the details and I will not only ensure that you get what's coming to you but make sure it happens within a reasonable amount of time. Much like myself, he has been working some pretty long days and has not had the extra time one would like to be on BA. I would encourage you do not start a bad trader thread as he is anything but. The man is a stand up good hearted gent. Send me the info and I will ensure you get paid in full. I will at some point see him this weekend. Should you need anything, let me know as I am happy to help. I will provide you all my contact info as I will be happy to fulfill his obligation should you not be satisfied with this response.
