@belotj no worries... The Cally situation was a lil interesting from a outsiders standpoint. I love Cally and the way he plays. Seems like poor man's Giroux. Little Offense, Defense, good 2 way player who skates 200ft of ice...when he's out there! His demands of what, $7 million was crazy though for how injured he's been recently. The thing I didn't care for even less was St. Louis little hissy fit. I want out of Tampa Bay bc Yzerman didn't pick me for the Olympics. Boo f'ing Hoo STFU! You already got a Cup and a Gold Medal from 2010 what more you want ya greedy lil man. But the Rangers did overpay a little bit for a 38 year old player in my eyes.

    Ahhhh sheet. Did it again.

So what beer everyone got picked out for their team's first playoff game? Think I am going to give Prairie Noir a stab.

Since I won't be able to trash talk for very long into these playoffs... @jbaker67 your overrated baby bears are gonna pull a repeat of the 2002 season and bow out in the 1st round to the lowest seed in the playoffs.

I believe Richard Gnida was from Boston (sure, why not) & the Wings, while still not 100% healthy, are finally gonna get revenge for him driving that limo!

    Too much?

Alright! Finally, the playoffs are underway...

Just wanted to address a couple more items...

Upon the winners being crowned, I will establish who ships boxes to who based (as best as possible) on state of domicile.

Also, boxes must be in transit within 2 weeks from the Stanley Cup being awarded.

That is all - good luck gents!

So as expected last night the winners won and the losers, well a bitter pill to swallow. Yackets bein up 3-1 over @TastyDelicousness 's Pens :stuck_out_tongue: and lose is no excuse. The dreaded 2 goal lead...never fails. But the refs deciding to tighter the grip on the game and start calling everything on CBJ when it comes to hitting was a joke. Especially because you let it go for a period and a half and were dominating the hits like 23-9 thru the 2nd. But that's why they play the game.

The Canadians' de Montreal vs. Tampa Bay Lightning is going to be a fun series to watch! Hands down. What a thriller for Game 1. Stamkos sniper shot from the dot was just dirty. Plakanec's move past the defenseman and stealing his jock then ripping one top shelf is already a highlight reel goal of this year's playoffs. There will be lots of scoring, but definitely no defense unless both teams tighten up.

And no offense but the Quackers v. North Stars is a horrible series. Granted for the Ducks to be up 4-0, and then almost lose and let the Stars creep back to finally win 4-3, horrible . I really have no interest in this contest . Plus both sweaters suck so bad. Burnt Orange, Black and Gold...yea that doesn't hurt the eyes much. Almost as dumb as the Pittsburgh Pens wearing gold shirts in the stands last night.

    HATE HATE HATE HATE!!!

@trojanshawn @end_27 Is just slaty cause he is the only one who owns all the Mighty Duck movies on DVD and nobody wants to watch them with him. Secretly he gets his wife to call him "Gordon". When he is out at bars he tells people his name is "Emilo". He is constantly quoting the movie and we are all tired of it. He's always quacking about something. His answer to fix anything starts with, we should do the flying "V"....Nobody finds his antics funny except him. So do what we all do, pat him on the head and tell him he's a good boy.

@end_27 Now go get your F*cking shine box!!!!!

Ok, well the gauntlet has been thrown down by @TastyDelicousness ! Yes as a matter of fact, I do own all of Mighty Ducks movies. He's just jealous that I don't invite him over when I do watch any of the movies. Breathing on my windows from outside fogging them all up, just to get a glimpse of Hans talking to Emilio about Hasenpfeffer & eggs! I'm a hockey fan through and through, as one of my favorite movies of all time is Slap Shot. Best hockey movie EVER!!! GOON being a close runner up...despite what that Doc Emrick & Pierre McGuire loving @TastyDelicousness says. Him and his damn "Youngblood." Swayze and Lowe can suck it...can't hold a candle to my boy "Cool Hand Luke."

And @TastyDelicousness guess ain't nobody told you....I don't shine shoes anymore!

He sure is a bandwagoner. Walked Into a bar saw that cup thingy and had no idea what it was...saw it has a dish on top and asked could he drink from it. They felt bad for him and let him.....hence the guy behind him in the pic staring at him, Like who da fuck is dis guy?

Up until the Hawks won the cup in 10 he sported a Yotes jersey. Proclaimed Mike Smith was the best goalie ever. Said if it wasn't for the hot temps on AZ, better ice and a better team, they too had a chance at winning a cup!!! One day Timmy, one day, they will all be screaming YOTES! YOTES! YOTES!!! sigh, not sure how were still friends. Hahahahahahaha

Chicagoland. You can't be proud of that hit.

Definitely not proud of the Seabs hit, but honestly it couldn't of happened to a better person in David Backus. Now don't get me wrong, I don't condone a cheap shot hit on any player Superstar, Grinder or AHL call up...but players like Backus, Orpik, Kronwall or Torres don't belong in the league with what they do game in and game out. They obviously have the ability to play the game because other wise they wouldn't be in the NHL for as long as they have, but if your going to tippy toe that line of playing dirty and not answer the bell you sadly mistaken! Other players remember your name on the back of your sweater or your number. They deliberately play dirty and run and turtle when someone wants to drop the gloves.

Sadly, Seabrook is a BIG part of the Chicago Blackhawks defense, and if the league suspends him or fines him, Game 3 on Monday night at the Madhouse on Madison should be interesting to say the least. With Chicago being down 2-0 in the series my boys are gonna have to nut up or shut up!

    LETS GO HAWKS!!!
