    And the real problem over here is not my cellar, but my glassware collection is north of 350, mostly vintage Belgian glasses. There is plenty of room for beer in the cellar, but no room for food in any of my cabinets or shelves.

    Your cellar sounds awesome. Great way to thin the herd would be doing some tastings/bottle shares.

    I applaud you. I only have about 40-50 bottles at any given time, and it really bums my wife out.

    I think the most I've ever had in the house is 12, and that many only because I bought a 12 pack.

    I was at a bottle shop last week, Beer Temple in Chicago by the way, on a Sunday. Same state as the OP. Chris the owner said he came in to an exploded bottle. Maybe it's the off and on weather we been having in Chicago that caused it? what day and what part of the state are you from OP?
