Do you get it in CT or do you go to VT to get it?

As of now, it's only available at the Alchemist truck sales, which take place every month or two. It'll be more readily available after the new cannery gets going but we definitely won't be getting it in CT.

For DIPA need to add Second Fiddle, Mastermind, Haze and Overhead

For IPA need to add BooKoo, Julius, Headhigh, and Congress Street

...trust me...I've had those on your list and these...need to put them on there

Hard to lineup seasonal releases like hopslam, hop juju, dinner etc. I would stick to year round beers that you can get fairly fresh.

I'd add some fresh Lagunitas Sucks in there.

Cellarmaker deserves to be in this if you're that close to the Bay Area. Their hoppy beers are incredible.

Hop Drop n Roll from NoDa.

Probably not realistic based on availability and your location but you never know.......

Captain Lawrence Imperial is one of my favorites for sure but doesn't get distributed very far from the brewery..I buy it nearly every time I see it at my local bottle shop! ... the last time I saw it, it had a January 2014 bottle date...so it's been quite some time.

Really solid list, I would vote for Lagunitas Hop Stoopid if you can get it/haven't included it before. Honestly I would also vote Green Head by Newburyport but it would probably take a well timed trade to get it fresh from the east coast.

I think Hop Nosh by Uinta deserves a vote as well.

I would add Toppling Goliath Golden Nugget to your IPA List! Nice list though.

Alpine Nelson, Cellarmaker anything, Freemont The Brother, Boneyard Notorious, Barley Browns Pallet Jack, Breakside IPA, Block 15 Sticky Hands

Edit: also not sure why you have hopworks IPA in there. I would go Laurelwood Workhorse. Very easy to find.

How about a few beers that are super easy to get and well priced and see how they fare against the limited and out of distro beers. Ruination, Hop Stoopid, and West Coast IPA should be in there.

Hop Ranch and Sip of Sunshine?

Very nice list as is, though. I love Hercules, outstanding beer and always available.

Check out his link, last year's tasting had HopStoopid and WestC.IPA in it. And HopStoopid came 3rd overall, beating Abrasive, Heady, Hopslam, DoubleJack and Simtra among others. This guy wants honest results, he's just trying to keep things new for the 2nd go-round.
To the OP, nice format and effort, I wish I went to tastings like this.

I would focus on freshness vs a list of must haves -- and impossible to gets. Dinner? The crusher? Not likely to happen. Also --Every one of these beers degrades quickly and in your zeal to collect as many a possible you are going to end up w a wide variation of beer ages. Get 10 beers you know are fresh -- day or two old growlers from alpine, RR, and Societe since you are in Cali. Trade for some fresh growlers from Hill Farmstead and Trillium and some Headies. Then conduct a tasting w an even playing field. I just think freshness is everything with the kind if ipas and Dipas you are seeking. Cheers and good luck. I can help you w the east coast beers -- drop me a line and I will hook u up.
