This beer has been in the back of the liquor store i work at for a few years. Boss said i could take some home. I was wondering if i should be cautious. 7.5 abv, bottled in 2015, stored in the dark, not refrigerated. Looks normal through the brown bottle.
First post, hope i did it right.

I didn't know that there were 2. I didn't fancy the wood aged one like most did.

"Been in the back of the liquor store I work at for a few years". Maybe more importantly, what liquor store do you work at?

Beer does not go bad, it does not make you sick. Drink it, if its bad toss. Not sure the issue? I am really surprised you work in a liquor store and don't know this fact, seems odd.
    Cheers

I gave it a 3.99. Well below the average.

Should be totally fine and honestly not too different from when it was fresh except for the fact that the dry hops will have faded quite a bit. New Belgium flash pasteurizes their sours which prevents a lot of the development in the bottle. Enjoy and would love to know what you think of the beer!

Tell us the exact names of the beers please, specifics allow us to give specific answers or ideas and not pages of speculation. But yea like the others said, chill it down and drink it to be sure. Is it a Folie, a Clutch? let us know

Because on a daily basis we have folks joining this site, not posting anything other than questions just like this. Then they are never seen again, etc. Most people join a forum, introduce themselves then proceed to get into questions.
    Good luck
