Now that majority of the beers (being poured) have been listed, what has got you giddy about being at the fest?

Funky Buddha isn't on the list and is bringing MBCP and No Crusts (per their poll). Excited to see who else is added to the list.

Quick math says there should be ~23 more brewers/beer lists to add, if the list on the bottom of the main page, is correct.

And, as a fan of all things PB....Throwback's Fat Alberta and Trophy's The King are already must haves. Add to that, Listermann hasn't provided their beer list yet (assuming Nutcase makes it), and Buddha will most likely bring No Crusts (if the poll holds steady)....EBF will rock for PB beers alone.

As usual the line-up is friggin' outstanding and I've already got 43 beers on my "must try" list!!!! By far my favorite large fest.

Forgive my ignorance as this year will be my first at EBF, but will all these beers be available for all 3 sessions or do they typically kick early? I only ask because I have the Saturday night ticket and would love to be able to try TG beers among others.

We encourage all brewers to pour the same beers each session. The vast majority do and opt to ration certain beers per session, however, all beers are subject to availability and change.

Does anyone think a brewery puts together a quick peach pumpkin ale for EBF? Or not enough lead time? Would expect the smart brewery to have on-hand for ACBF at minimum

I know I will be swinging by Cigar City as well. SR71 from TG?? I think I will be racing to their booth right away.

Reminder: "all beers are subject to change and availability." We also cleaned up the thread as it was being dominated by a group moaning about Toppling Goliath updating their list. It was ruining it the thread for everyone else.

No one should consider the list final until it's been finalized, or get bent out of shape over an update. It's beer. There's going to be a lot of it. And it's going to be epic. Speaking of which .... as of this post we're now at 57 brewers and 248 beers; @Jason is adding new entries as I type.

Right now, we're looking at 72 brewers + NERAX (extreme real ale) and well-over our 250+ beer goal once complete.

While I always look forward to hitting up the heavy hitters, I have found that the best experience in EBF is finding the "hidden gems", or lesser known breweries that are really pushing the envelope. Last year Kane rocked me with their vanilla Night to End All Dawns stout, and I found quite a few wild ales that were both unique and superb. Lots of good choices!

Thanks for the tip. I'll be attending my first EBF this year. While the beer lists for those heavy hitters look enticing, it seems as though there's too much good beer around to wait in line for a prolonged period of time!

If Funky Buddha is really supposed to be there, they'd take my pick as the most exciting "new" beer for me.

I've been to many BA fests and most of the EBFs. This year for the first time, I'm doing two sessions of EBF (Fri/Sat). I'm going to take my time and try to experience what each brewery has to offer. Does anyone have some non-obvious suggestions, tips, or advise with respect to their approach in the past when doing multiple sessions as opposed to just one?

@madmanjf I strongly suggest trying OEC's Experimentalis with Peaches. Don't let the 18 reviews sway your opinion. That beer is amazing.

At this point, I'm just hoping that Boston actually thaws out, before EBF weekend!! That area can't catch a break, in terms of weather.
