2015 Logsdon Peche N Brett availability

    In my very limited experience, the beer is much better fresh. The incredible peach aroma and flavor falls off pretty quickly, and it becomes more and more like the regular bretta.

    What I suspected. I wonder if the person/people above who said PnB and Bretta were nearly indistinguishable just had older bottles. I will drink my other bottle soon. Logsdon should consider changing the "best by" date for this beer.

    Spokane recently started getting Logsdon and I couldn't be happier. 4 places in town got Seizon, Bretta, Wit, and Cerasus. Bottles too!

    Uber tavern had some for sale last night! Comparitively cheap compared to last year too! 22 instead of 25!

    ????? Have they been holding onto them all this time, since the release some weeks back? Or is this from another drop?

    Last year there were two separate drops (2nd one was considerably larger than the first), but so far this year, no one seems to have heard anything about there being a second drop of PnB. (at least not in Eugene)

    seems they got their shipment late this year and its the only one they have gotten and expect to get this year. lucky me! :slight_smile:

    It's pretty darn tasty. Stumbled into a bottle this weekend and finally gave it a shot.
    Smells like peach rings!
    The taste changed quite a bit as it warmed up.

    I haven't seen any since visiting the new Logsdon tasting room in Hood River during Zwickelmania (mid-February). It's been a lot harder to find this year, compared to last year.

    Also: The new tasting room was only open for Zwickelmania, and won't open to the public until May.

    That was on March 12th. I heard from someone on the 21st that it hit town. I really don't know where.

    I was thinking we wouldn't get any either but I was at Manito last night and it was on the tap list as "soon"! So whenever the keg it's replacing gets blown. Haven't seen any bottles though.

    A case just made it to Walla Walla as well, so looks like expanded distribution was slow or a new batch is coming out.
