    Well....today is my birthday. Woke up and it was beautiful outside. Decided to take the kids to the zoo. At 1:23, somewhere near the kangaroos, I remembered I forgot to make my pick. D'oh! I was going to pick Arizona, so hopefully they lose and I would be out this week anyway.

    Oh well. My kids had fun today.

    I'm surprised only 2 people took the Vikings. As a bears fan, I knew this was exactly the type of meaningless game they win, just so they can't get a top draft pick, so I stayed away. I think this is the farthest a group this big has stayed in this survivor. Good luck this week!

    This year is shaping up alright! That game 7 was incredible! I was fortunate enough to go to game 5. Best sporting event I've ever attended.

    We are down to our final six!

    For the 3 eliminated this week (@tripler7, @hshand17, and @surlytwinsfan) - you are now fighting for 2 "winning" spots - #7 and #8.

    You have two options;
    1) Each of you must PM me your survivor pick by 1pm ET on Sunday, following the same rules - any team you've already selected is off limits, and if you miss the deadline you're out. During the afternoon games (or that night if I'm lazy/busy) I'll post who you each picked so it's public at that point.

    -OR- we have another option...

    2) Each of you gets 1 box. 7th place is set to win 2, and 8th wins 1... so it would be easy for each of you to walk away with 1 box, if you so choose.

    Let me know what you guys want to do!

    My preference would be to take 1 box, definitely the longest I've ever made it in a survivor! If there isn't a majority there, no biggie - I'll keep making picks.

    Hmmm, this upcoming week seems to be pretty divided between two obvious choices. Do you take the big favorite playing on a "mystery meat" Thursday night when weird stuff happens on the short week? Or take the other big favorite on Sunday, who has already taken out the competition in this fun little nail biter on four separate occasions ?

    It wouldn't work for us to each get a box, would it? 7th and 8th get a total of 3 boxes, but 9th has to ship a box. That actually only leaves 2 boxes between the 3 of us. If I'm wrong, then I'm happy to chop and just take a box each.

    This is a good point - I didn't think about that. I guess the three of you will be continuing on!

    @tripler7, @hshand17, and @surlytwinsfan - You have until 1pm ET this Sunday (11/13) to PM me your survivor pick for this week. If you miss the deadline, or email me a team you've already selected this season (and don't correct it in time), you'll be eliminated.

    By my math, if you want you can still all agree to each get one box, but one of the three of you would still have to ship. Maybe do a first man out has to ship the odd box ? I'll shut up now.
