Think so? Hmmmm. I dunno. Not sure I like the "1 month barrel aged pale ale" type of approach.

Burial Beer Company. They've been around 2-3 years but with their expansion and new location with increased production and increased distribution I expect great things from them. Scythe Rye IPA and Skillet Doughnut Stout are worth seeking out.

Lanikai Brewing in Kailua, HI. Their 3rd Reef IIIPA is pretty solid. Looking forward to seeing what other great stuff they'll be coming out with.

Was going to post this same thing, they are killing it with their wilds/sours.

Brouwerij Kees here in Holland was voted in the top 5 best new breweries in the world in 2015 on some list somewhere. Pretty cool. He was the old brewer at Emelisse and went out on his own.

The main one - my favorite in NC - is Olde Hickory. They could be much bigger than they are, but they're happy where they are. Lucky for me. Cheers!

Free Will out of Perkasie, PA. Not sure if they're are well known outside of PA, but their beers are fantastic and it seems their name is spreading.

It's great to hear that things are still running smoothly at Oakshire. During my time at UofO your beers definitely opened my eyes to the craft beer scene. I've been happy to see some of your beers finally hitting shelves in the Bay Area.

Civil Society in Jupiter, FL. Their Pulp wheat is basically the best IPA I have had outside of NE in a long time

Castle Island in Norwood, MA is doing some pretty excellent things. Not sure if it was mentioned in the previous 5 pages, but if not, they're making good beer and have started their existence off with a pretty big location complete with tasting and some impressive local distribution.

Free Will does some amazing beers. Hope they bottle their Safeword at some point, and I don't even like pepper beers but that one is incredible. Never had so much mango on the nose, then the heat from the habanero just warms your throat without actual pain.
Their kriek lambic was really disappointing however.

Here in the PNW, Holy Mountain is going to continue to make waves. I hope that they do expand, but don't expand to much to fast. Cloudburst has established itself already, but will continue to make in-roads in the Seattle area, and beyond in 2016.

Hidden River Brewing in Douglassville, PA (betw Reading & Philly) has been getting some good buzz. I need to do the drive some day and see if they're for real.
