2017 New Glarus Thread

Just here to express my love for New Glarus. Was born and raised in Wisco. Spotted Cow was the beer that turned me on to "craft" beer or whatever it was called back then in the early aughts. Live out east now but make it back to Milwaukee twice a year to visit family. I'm always sure to fill my belly and checked luggage with New Glarus before I leave. I've yet to encounter another brewery that nails such a diverse range of styles. Such a treat to walk into Downer Avenue Wine & Spirits and pick up my fill without have to deal with lines, needless hype, or ridiculous costs. There's good beer just about everywhere these days but for my money & palate New Glarus is the best. Truly a taste of home. Enigma, Bubbler, and the 2017 Berliner Weiss were tasting especially nice this visit. Cheers!

 

Raspberry Tart 4 packs have been confirmed, shipping middle of this month.

 

Any word on if rasp/tart 4/packs will hit this week? Will be in state next weekend and hoping to grab a couple. Anything more firm than middle of the month?

Was told by a NG rep that they'll be hitting this week. Limited quantities for the first round, and going exclusively to 4 packs until the holiday season

 

Most likely Halloween.

 

Yeah, the way I understood it was that they'd be eliminating the 750s for a while and going to 4 packs exclusively until the holidays. So they'll be dropping a batch this week, with more regular supply in the coming months as kind of a "trial run" for the 4 pack format.

Thanksgiving/Christmas/Hanukkah/New Year's

 

Anyone seen RT at Woodman's yet? Waiting to make the drive up until I can get confirmation.
