2018 BA March Madness Tourney Pick 'Em

It's that time again for the BA Tourney Pick'em BIF! Last year we had 47 BA's submit their brackets - and @tripler7 came out on top.

We'll go with the same setup as last year. Everybody will put up a bomber (or equivalent) of something they would be happy receiving (typically aim for BA score of 95+). Payouts will be determined once we have a final head count - likely Top 10% will get beer. Deadline to signup will be Thursday - 3/15 (before the first game).

Trying something new for scoring this year, using "Big Points" with bonuses based on seed difference.

Fantasy Points by Round

Round of 64- 10 point per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 1)
Round of 32- 20 points per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 2)
Sweet 16- 40 points per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 3)
Elite Eight- 80 points per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 4)
Final Four- 120 points per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 5)
Championship- 160 points per correct pick + (Difference in seeds x 6)
(Example: You pick a #6 seed to win in the Elite Eight. They beat a #1 seed in that game. You get 100 points.

When the tourney is over, I will let everyone know who they need to ship to if they do not make the cut.

**No trading history is required, just don't bail when it comes time to pay up (I will report you in the bad trader forum). We have had perfect participation the last two years - something I look to continue this year.
