It'll never happen, but as a hop head I'd love to see Sante can a couple of IPAs. They do some of the best in NorCal, but you can only really get them at toronado and the brewery afaik

I'm sure you've had Timbo Pils? Unless you're from NorCal. It is probably the best of the style I have ever had.
    Cheers!

Love Timbo, just wish I was closer to HPB! Mikkeller California Dream is another solid one, so hoping others start taking on the style

Alvarado brewed a few great lagers last year, would like to see more from them.

Fieldwork may have had my favorite LAGER this year. Casa De Citra was good.

Hopefully a few more Lagers from them as well in 2018.

That was good too. I think they brewed another with Mosaic, but I can't remember the name.

As someone drinking a fresh, reasonably priced can of Lupulin List, I agree.

I don't get this at all. I understand not wanting to drink a certain style of beer when it doesn't agree with your pallet - I can't stomach sours or stouts personally. But I don't understand the idea of hating a style, especially with all the taps and options available - it's not like it truly limits your options when other styles are available at a brewery/bar. I do understand hating a brand though (Inbev, etc).

I personally almost exclusively love pales and IPAs in West Coast AND Northeast styles. Maltiness, sweetness, sourness, coffee flavor, fruit adjuncts, Belgian yeast, etc don't agree with me at all. But I'd never wish for them to disappear since I know so many others love them.

I don't mind that the style exists, or is even popular, but that EVERYONE is doing it, and practically every major new release from my favorites (Beachwood, Bottle Logic, and even the friggen Bruery!!!) in the past year has been a hazy IPA. I'm just so worn out with the fact that practically every place has been exclusively Hazy East Coast IPAs. Everybody is doing the same thing.

I'd like to see some CA breweries make an attempt at more full bodied stouts. They don't need to replace the current brands but some smaller batch stuff that comes closer to the mouthfeel of some of the Midwest stouts (like side project, more, etc) would be nice.

It sounds like the folks over at Moksa are headed that direction with their BL collab so that's a start.

Lagers! After tasting pastry stouts, tart sours, and hopped up IPA's a nice refreshing lager is much appreciated. Helles Lagers, Pilsners, and Schwarzbiers are three of my favorite styles and I wish I could find them at more local breweries.

The Bruery just put a Helles Lager (Winter Helles) on tap, such a great beer and change of pace after a flight of extreme beers.
