This is my thought. I love As Is, I wont get there until 8ish, hoping there's a good amount of stuff left and its not crazy busy.

if anyone has any updates, let me know

Yea it’s a total shitshow unsurprisingly. Juice Invader and Blueberry Muffin Kicker before I got here and Double Stack Kicker right after I got my pour.

I left like 10 mins ago, it was still packed. Passionfruit Mochi kicked, I think the rest has a good chance of being kicked in the next hour or so except for the collab which they are only doing 4oz pours.

I have to say I wasn't super impressed by most of the beers, Double Stack is delicious and something I might try and trade for but I thought the Triple IPA was whatever, Juice Jr. was solid and Mango Juice Jr. was not good (mango does not belong in IPA).

Pretty much agree about the IPA, but I thought the Blueberry Muffin and Call Me Big Papaya were great. I’d also had that Passionfruit Mochi Milkshake before, and thought it was kinda gross, too sweet and acidic, and I could almost feel the sugar on my teeth.

I enjoyed space invader, and thought double stack was good too. I'd heard people rave about blending Blueberry Muffin and Double Stack to make Blueberry Pancakes, so I tried it, wasnt blown away. I was joking in the OH thread about their tasters going up to $6, but thats nothing compared to As-Is pricing. I think i spend like $80 on the equivalent of 4 beers, a sandwich and a glass. Still love it there though.

Maybe they undersold compared to past years, but this was everything I hoped it’d be. Very few beers kicked, and it was never too crowded or disorganized. Water was always available. The only beer I “waited” for was Hudson valley and that was like maybe 2 or 3 mins.

The second session might have been different, but this was a great event considering the beers available.

Had the same experience at the later session, my first beer festival and I'd say it was probably worth it.
