Some details about Town Hall's 2020 BA week: https://townhallbrewery.com/2020-barrel-aged-week/

I"m interested to hear what they will be releasing. Looks like their pairing dinners are sold out, even though info on the beers hasn't been released (as far as I can tell). Growler presales Sunday February 9th at 10:00 AM.

One of my favorite beer events of the year.

(I should probably finish the last of the ones from last year.)

Looks like they are going to sell this year in 750ml glass growlers after all. But this will be the last year and they will be crowlers/cans going forward.

How early does one need to be down there on Sunday to get growlers? Is an hour early enough?

I'm telling myself I should skip this year. But let's see if I can clear out the old ones in the next week.

I would think an hour early should be enough to get almost everything. We were in line for 2 hours last year. Of course... each year is different.

Wow this is the least amount of buzz about this event yet. All the barrel-aged beers are available to go yet except one. I believe the one was the wine barrel-aged Baltic Porter which seemed really odd to me. I did not try it so I do not know if it was really good or just not many 750 ml growlers filled. I loved the double barrel milk stout and think it was the star of the show. I wish I would of skipped the Czar Jack flight and tried 3 others in a flight.. Buffalo Bock is outstanding as always but Twisted Trace tasted a bit down this year.

Edit: Please bring back bourbon barrel-aged Odin Baltic Porter.

We were there last night and were shocked that everything was still available to go.

That Baltic was really good, and I thought that Foolish Angel was great. Kentucky Truffle was fantastic as always.

Disappointed in the Project 3106. Has a tough time getting the chocolate notes.

(BTW- The Prime Rib sandwich was great. I don't know if it was a $19 sandwich, but it's a pretty good sandwich.)

We were there on Wednesday night and it was a good sized crowd. Good efforts as always. I'm not a fan of the wine barrel aged beers but that is a personal preference thing....not a knock on their quality.

Any word on what’s still available to go if anything?

Most of the stuff was still available yesterday. Kentucky Truffle growlers were out and I believe Foolish Angel as well.

Almost all growlers gone as of this morning at open. I snagged the last ET Wee. I believe only double oak bruin, quad vine, and barley vine are left

Really enjoyed the ET Wee. I preferred that to the Twisted Trace this year.
