2024 Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest

The big guns are bringing some banger stouts.

 

Two weeks!

It’s now the time of year when I kvetch about the horrible app design that makes you dig multiple levels to see what a brewery is bringing.

I see they have an Untappd integration this year. Anyone seen that before? If I tick it on their app does it tick on Untappd?

 

they had it last year and if you click check in on their app it auto checks in on Untappd (I think it opens the app and auto does it right away). If you rate it beforehand it’ll add that to the check in too

 

Some seriously high ABV offerings this year. Looks like some good lager and non-BA beers intermixed as well. Should be a great event! Bottle share on Friday night at Adelaide still a thing? It’s been about 5 years since I attended, and that was nearly as much fun as the event itself!

 

I’ll be at the Adelaide poolside sometime Friday night. There may be bottles. We shall see.
