As a life long Morris County resident, I was intrigued to learn that this brewing operation opened in Dover recently. They've released a 5.5% APA called Steel Sax that I believe was brewed at Ramstein in Butler. I tried Steel Sax on draught in Morristown today and it's an interesting brew. Though described as an APA, it looks like a NE IPA, opaque and turbid. The smell is muted fruit and the taste is surprisingly earthy and bitter. It's an intriguing first offering and I'll be following 2nd Act's progress.
