So I don't know If I am jus completely out Of touch w/ things right now, but I Have heard from a few friends (non BAs) That they had a 3.2 COOP beer from a keg. When I asked what it was called they didn't know, But said that it tastes like a lager..I thought they were BS but our beverage director confirmed it. Can anyone divulge more information On this subject?? This is very interesting to me.
More Coworkers I've talked to have confirmed This was absolutely a COOP beer, not choc or Mustang's session '33 & it was from a pony keg, NOT a can or a bottle. Even if no one knows any info on it, I'd like to hear About anyone else seeing it/tasting it/hearing about it. Too many people have confirmed it already for it to Be a fallacy (I honestly thought it was bullshiz when I Heard about it a few weeks ago) Anyone got anything?
I attended an event a couple months ago where this was apparently served. Light bodied pale ale with decent hop flavor for a low abv beer. I enjoyed it for what it was.
Thanks for the input mate. I got furthur info from one of my managers (ba: gastropub) That this beer is in the research & development & won't reach production phase til they get in Their new facility. H0LL4!
