Sorry for the dumb question, but is zombie dust only available at the brewery? I will be in Indy for the 500 over Memorial weekend and was wondering what types of 3 Floyds stuff I would see on the shelves of local bottle shops?
zombie dust is only at the brewery. you might find pride and joy, alpha king, gumball head, robert the bruce, dreadnaught, APW, rabbid rabbit, and blackheart i believe.....i might be missing some....
To my knowledge ZD is only available at the brewpub and occasionally at stores in Chicago. Binny's in Chicago is really the only chain of stores that receive any stock of ZD. When they do get any in stock it's usually just a couple 6ers and they go fast. So at this point ZD has very limited distribution.
It is available at several stores in Chicago, but usually sells out very quickly when they do get it in.
I have found it much more available at small stores than Binnys. Im guessing Binnys gets more stock, but they sell out really quickly. I often have no problem finding a six pack at smaller stores, and have only seen it once sitting on a shelf at Binnys, and I go there atleast once a week. Check beermenus.com for stores that say that have it and then call and confirm since a lot of stores dont keep stock perfectly up to date on there.
Pretty sure op Sid he would be in Indy. Not chicago. It's not available in Indy although you might find it on tap.
Chicago gets the bulk of Three Floyds distribution not Indianapolis. As stated earlier ZD is available at the brewpub and from time to time in stores in Chicago.
