What's the latest report on what to do and the hours open.I have 10:30-22:30 but I think that is wrong. Is the restaurant the only destination? Didn't the brewery take over the bottle shop? I'm looking to Friday. Everything is closed Tues-Wed?
I checked with them on their opening hours the other day. For the Friday I am planning to visit in October their shop is open from 9 to 6pm. They said they don't normally do brewery tours. I think the new brewery installation may have taken over or forced them to close down the tasting room but not the shop.
I think the restaurnant has some overlapping but different hours since they are I think run seperate from the brewery (brother of Armand from what I have heard).
If you go on Friday, there's no problem ! They're shop is open from 9AM to 6PM (same on Saturday). On all other days the shop is CLOSED ! ! ! For the restaurant, it's open all days except Tuesday & Wednesday and should be open from 10:30 until 21:30.
My recent picture of the sign on the gate says Fridays & Saturdays 9 AM - 6 PM. You can do a group tour if you e-mail them first.
