3-way IPA is incredible!

    I'm not sure if they fermented it at lager temps or if they did a "steam beer" style ferment using the lager yeast at higher temps. Come to think of it, I probably should have asked the brewer that question in the first place.

    A few of us on here were talking about mid-late August - early September. Too many bombers in the cellar of too many good things that are best shared with a large group.

    Bought a 4-pack based almost soley on this thread. Pretty good stuff. I didn't find it overly bitter at all, and really appreciated how dry it finished. I'll drink it again.

    Just finishing up a can. Good beer, a welcome addition to our scene, but doesn't make me do my happy dance of joy, and doesn't really stand out from the crowd.

    Had vortex and 3-way side by side. Vortex was heavily yeasty and thick and not a lot of hops. Looked like a snow globe. 3-way was citrusy and honey and nice and bitter.
