350 milestone beer review?

    Hi to my fellow Beerethren,

    Any recommendations on what to review for my 350th review???

    I'm coming up to a big milestone and I wanted to get feedback from YOU as to which beer I should tackle:

    Should it be something awesome (like Westvleteren 12 which I may be able to get my hands on)?

    Or should I do the opposite and review something terrible (you know the old "switch-a-roo" for shits and giggles)?

    Or should I review something with fanciful ingredients (like Midas Touch)?

    My previous milestone reviews have been:

    #300 - Chimay Doree
    #250 - Black Buffalo
    #200 - Saison Dupont
    #150 - Timmermans Kriek Lambic (by far the biggest let down from the milestone reviews)
    #100 - Chimay Blue

    Your feedback will be most appreciated - there's just too many beers, too little time to review them all dammit.

    Please be aware that the number one rated beer Heady Topper doesn't ship outside of Vermont so it's tough luck on that one.

    I look forward to your weird and wonderful suggestions!

    Fuller's London Pride. Not wierd but definitely wonderful.

    Not really but it wasn't hard to work out which review # was which with some basic maths.

    I can't believe I haven't reviewed Fuller's London Pride yet - I've had it several times, a damn good beer as I remember it, thanks for the suggestion BILF!

    Cheers on hitting the mark!! Honestly, just go with what you're feeling like. We've done that for most of our milestones. We were planning something special for 200, but ended up going to this beer bar instead and inadvertently hit that milestone while out, so since then we've tried to just go with the flow.

    Actually, we've got 1,000 coming up likely this weekend, and we're back to the same dilemma you are, as this should be a good milestone too!! Ehh, I should follow my own advice.

    A classic beer should mark a milestone - yesterday I chose 90 Minute IPA for my 150th. Go with Westy 12.

    If you can get hold of Flying Fish 350, that would coincide nicely with your milestone, as it also celebrates 350 years of brewing in NJ. Although, that might be difficult in Australia.

    I chose Becks as my 100th review, the idea was that every Becks I had from then on would remind me of the journey to the first 100 reviews. Don't think I've had one since!

    Every time I pick a beer for a specific numebr review soemthing happens. Most recenlty 500 became 501 because I was drunk and put it under the wrong beer. =) Cheers! And drink until your hearts content.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I'll keep an eye out for Odins Tipple, 90 Minute IPA and Flying Fish 350.
